Hi, I’m Alexandria. ♡

Sleep deprivation stole a lot of joy from me in the early days of motherhood. I don’t want anyone else to suffer like that, so I use the same gentle sleep training methods that saved us to help other families get better sleep.

I always felt I was meant to be a mother. But when my baby was born, I realized I wasn’t just meant to be a mom, I was meant to be his mom.

Everything was perfect at first. It was hard, of course. He slept terribly like most newborns, but I reminded myself that it’d get better soon, right? Wrong.

As he got older, his sleep stretches got shorter and shorter, and it got harder and harder to get him to sleep.

For months, he woke every hour or two and needed to be nursed and bounced back to sleep every time. We coslept and nursed on demand from day one, but that didn’t make a difference for us.

We did blackout curtains, white noise, sleep sacks, relaxing bedtime routines with warm baths and full feeds before bed, and we tried wake windows and “drowsy but awake,” but none of that helped either.

It became difficult to enjoy the precious, fleeting moments with my baby, and even more difficult to be the kind of mom my son deserved.

This wasn’t what I’d imagined when I’d dreamed of motherhood. I was so depleted and discouraged.

At the time, all I knew of sleep training was Cry It Out, which was out of the question for us. As desperate as I was, I needed a method where I could still respond and comfort him.

Because I was too tired and scattered to respond consistently every time my baby woke up, it felt as though I tried every gentle method out there, but nothing worked.

One night, as I cried silently while my baby nursed for what felt like the 100th time that night, one thought kept repeating:

“I can’t do this anymore.”

That was my wakeup call. I was at the end of my rope and something had to change.

What I needed was a plan.

My exhausted, overstimulated brain needed a simple, step-by-step process. I couldn’t do any more guesswork at 3AM with a crying baby, leaking boobs, and a husband snoring peacefully in the next room.

With me staying at home with our son, hiring a sleep consultant wasn’t ideal for our budget, but I desperately needed help.

Within 3 days, he was falling asleep on his own and sleeping through the night with only one feed.

My fussy, miserable baby became happier and less clingy within the week. He was more confident and curious, and better sleep supported me to live out my parenting values.

I’m now certified through the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting. My goal is to make gentle sleep methods more accessible for regular families like us, who don’t have hundreds to spend on sleep consulting.

What people are saying about the program…

  • "Wish we’d had this with our first!"

After just two nights using the nesting method, our baby slept 10 hours. And he’s stayed a great sleeper ever since, even through vaccines. Wish we’d had this with our first!

~ Rebecca, mother of 7-month-old Elias | London, UK

  • "Total game-changer!"

We went from sleeping only 1–2 hours at a time to our baby falling asleep on his own and sleeping all night and taking great naps! Total game-changer!

~ Daniela, mother of 1 year old Leo | Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA

  • “I finally feel like myself again..."

I thought I just had a cranky baby but it turns out she was just really overtired! Now she sleeps through the night even while teething, and she’s so much happier. I finally feel like myself again now that I’m getting rest!

~ Ally, mother of 9-month-old Aspen | Fort Collins, Colorado, USA

  • “We were hesitant about sleep training, but it turned out to be the best decision..."

I feel like a whole new person now that our little girl is sleeping through the night. She was up 4-6x a night for months on end and I was starting to lose it. I don't have family that can help and my husband works nights so I was really struggling. We were hesitant about sleep training, but it turned out to be best decision for us.

~ Lily, mother of 5-month-old Eden | Toronto, Canada
